Anne Fredette has been involved with Naples Juniors
volleyball for over a decade now. Anne was the JV coach at Naples High
School for four years and served as the Varsity Assistant for one year.
Anne carried a record of 62-15 and also assisted in helping to guide
the Golden Eagles to a district championship and regional runner-up.
Anne is a former Naples Golden Eagle varsity volleyball player. She
is USAV CAP I certified. In addition to coaching, Anne has two sons, Michael and Nicholas. Professionally, Anne is an
ESE Teacher for Collier County Public Schools, where this past year she was honored as the CCPS Post-Secondary Teacher of the Year.

Rich Hubbard returns to help lead our program with over 20
years of club, camp, and high school experience. Rich is USAV CAP II certified and an IMPACT Cadre Instructor for the USAV Florida Region for the past eight years. In 2013 Coach Hubbard was inducted in the USAV Florida Region Hall of Fame, marking what has been thus far a very successful club career.
As a high school head coach he has celebrated over 300 career wins and has led teams to eight district championships, five conference championships, two regional championships ('99 & '06), and State Runner-Up in 1999. Rich was named the FACA District 16 4A Coach of the Year and the Naples Daily News Coach of the Year for three years straight. In the past he was named the FACA District 16 Overall Coach of the Year in 1999
and was the LCAC Coach of the Year from 1995-1999.
He has a son named Randy. Professionally, Rich
is a Business/Marketing Teacher at Naples High School.

Maria Vollrath returns to Naples Juniors for her sixth year. As a former high school coach she lead the Palmetto Ridge Bears to one of their most successful varsity and JV seasons in school history. Maria is a former high school and college setter and bring that experience and expertise to our program here at Naples Juniors. In high school Maria won the Student-Athlete Award and was named to the All Conference and District All-Star teams. While at Notre Dame College she was 15th in the nation for NAIA in assists and held the school single season assists record in 2005. We are thrilled to have her working once again with our athletes in the EXTREME Program. She is a coach that likes to drive her players to succeed and work hard to improve. Maria is an USAV IMPACT certified coach and an Elementary Teacher at Poinciana Elementary.
Orelys Perez returns for her second year in the Naples Juniors Extreme program after a year coaching in our League program. She is a former Collier County standout volleyball player from Golden Gate High School, who is now a CCSO employee, college student, and in her spare time a great mother of three. The travel program is proud to have Orelys back and working with our 18 Extreme team and all Extreme program players.
This Matt Devlin's first year with Naples Juniors. He has coached at the YMCA for four years and two and a half years for Naples Optimist Soccer. He is IMPACT certified with USAV. Matt's daughter Brittany is in her second year with Naples Juniors. Matt also has a ten year old son, Derek. In is freetime Matt is a baseball umpire for the FHSAA and numerous local youth organizations.
Lisa Hill returns for her sixth year coaching with Naples Juniors. She has also coached at Pineridge Middle School and the YMCA. Lisa is a former Naples High School Varsity player. In addition to coaching, Lisa is an office manager with a local construction company. She also has a 11-year old son and 18-year old daughter at the University of South Florida.
Stephanie Walker returns to the Naples Juniors coaching staff after a successful first season last year. Stephanie is also a USAV IMPACT certified coach. She was the Freshman Coach for Barron High School and is currently the Sports Coordinator and Volleyball Director at the Naples YMCA. Stephanie's oldest child, Kayla, is on her third year with Naples Juniors. Stephanie brings a huge love for the sport of Volleyball and emphasizes hard work, teamwork, and good sportsmanship truly do pay off!!
Bridget Kennedy has returned to Naples Juniors after being an assistant coach in the past. She took time off to finish her education and to start her career as an elementary school teacher. She stayed connected with volleyball by coaching private lessons. Her volleyball career started at the age of 12 with Naples Juniors. She continued to play club volleyball as a setter until her senior year of high school. She is very excited to take the role as a head coach of the 14 Extreme Team and is eager to instill her love of the game into her players and future players!
Alisa Accardi is new to Juniors this year. She has coached for the YMCA for the past four years and helped out last year by filling in to assist for our 13 Regional team. She has a 13 year old daughter who is on her second year of playing for Naples Juniors. Alisa also runs a Real Estate Brokerage in Naples and Bonita where and has a team that she manages. She is very excited to be part of the Naples Juniors Organization and looks forward to a successful and rewarding season.
Chris Haire is in her first year with Naples Juniors. She moved to Naples from Indiana a year and a half ago with her husband, Greg, two children, and three step children. Her 13 year old daughter, Payge, joined the Naples Juniors family this season also on the 14's Extreme Team. Chris has coached at the Marco Island YMCA and the Marco Island Charter Middle School since moving to this area. Chris has played volleyball for many years as a middle and right side hitter. She is very excited to pass along her knowledge and love for the game. She believes there is more to learn and gain from playing volleyball, than the skills themselves. It is about the life lessons these girls will carry with them, throughout life.
Emily is a first year coach with Naples Juniors, but comes with multiple years of playing experience. Emily played for Naples Juniors for five years and all four years while she attended Gulf Coast High School as a defensive specialist/libero. Emily continued her educational career by earning her Bachelors Degree in Community Health from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2011 and recently graduated with her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Emily is looking forward to experiencing the coaching aspect of volleyball and is excited to be a part of the Naples Juniors family once again!
Tara Bishop returns for her second year to lead the 12 Regional team. She is an IMPACT certified coach and our Recruiting Coordinator with the board. Her and her husband are the proud parents of Juniors player Carly Bishop, who just concluding playing volleyball at Palm Beach State College, college students Tyler Bishop and Tori Bishop.
Caitlin is a first year coach with Naples Juniors, however she has been playing volleyball since she was 11 years old. She started playing volleyball at Community School of Naples where she was on the Middle School and Varsity teams, as a defensive specialist/libero. She also played on Naples Juniors for 3 years. Caitlin graduated from the University of Tampa in May 2012 with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing. She currently works as a Legal Assistant. She is very excited to be a part of Naples Juniors and to be coaching the U12 Regional Team.
Nancy returns to Naples Juniors for her eight year as the League Program Director and coach. She has many years of experience as a player and now enjoys coaching. Nancy has coached for East Naples Middle, Oakridge Middle and most recently as the freshman coach at Gulf Coast High School. She also volunteers her time to coaching young girls the skills of the game of volleyball through the YMCA and is a USAV IMPACT certified coach. Nancy is married and has two beautiful daughters. She prides herself in her commitment to teaching life skills such as sportsmanship, determination, leadership and teamwork.
Karen Brotherton is a first year coach with Naples Juniros but comes to the League program with many years of coaching experience in both basketball and volleyball. Currently she is the head girls basketball coach for the Golden Gate Titans.
Karen is the proud mother of two 11 year old twins, with Kelsey currently playing on the Naples Juniors 12 Regional team this season. She is a proud supporter of athletics which she believes that her passion and love for children will have a positive influence on the lives she touches. She believe in this motto..."It's not about winning the game of basketball or volleyball, it's about winning the game of life."
Shiree Dangler is in her second year with the Naples Juniors League program. She graduated from Lely High School where she played Varsity for four years, two as an Outside Hitter and two as a Libero. Shiree is a coach that likes to work on the fundamentals of volleyball and believes in teamwork and commitment.
Devin Eastman is an avid volleyball player and is in his first year coaching Naples Juniors. Starting on the beach in 1996, he transitioned to indoor volleyball in college playing both intramural and club.
At the University of Central Florida, Devin studied marketing and finance. His educational and professional backgrounds include areas in wealth management, capital investing, professional marketing and political science. In 2007, Devin founded and developed a web based investment company that offered investment advice, strategic allocation and market commentary. And in 2010, Devin became the senior portfolio manager for Eastman Capital Management, a proud member of the Regional Family Offices team.
This is Kevin Lawhon’s first season with Naples Juniors. He has coached volleyball at the YMCA for the last two years and is a USAV IMPACT certified coach. Kevin is a very competitive person and he enjoys helping his team develop a winning attitude for life. He believes hard work, determination and perseverance are the keys to success. Kevin is married to Wendy and they have three beautiful girls who all love to play volleyball.
Heather Redmond is in her first year with Naples Juniors League Program. In years prior she has coached and help assist in coaching with Naples Juniors traveling teams. She graduated from Naples High School as an outside hitter on the varsity team. In addition to her coaching she works with children and infants in teaching them; survival swimming skills. She also loves spending time with her two sons and really enjoys working with the younger athletes to build on their fundamentals to set them up for success with volleyball in their future.
Eduardo Sosa, originally from Guatemala, joins Naples Juniors for his first year as a coach. Eduardo has played volleyball for about 3 years. He has played several tournaments at Golden Gate Community Center, two in Deerfield Beach and two beach volleyball tournaments in Ft. Myers. He knows the game and is always open to learning to share his knowlegde with everyone he comes in contact with. He is the father of three beautiful girls; his oldest 14 and beautiful twins 10.
