Anne Fredette has been involved with Naples Juniors
volleyball for over a decade now. Anne was the JV coach at Naples High
School for four years and served as the Varsity Assistant for one year.
Anne carried a record of 62-15 and also assisted in helping to guide
the Golden Eagles to a district championship and regional runner-up.
Anne is a former Naples Golden Eagle varsity volleyball player. She
is USAV CAP I certified. In addition to coaching, Anne has two sons, Michael and Nicholas. Professionally, Anne is an
ESE Teacher for Collier County Public Schools, where this past year she was honored as the CCPS Post-Secondary Teacher of the Year.

Rich Hubbard returns to help lead our program with over 20
years of club, camp, and high school experience. Rich is USAV CAP II certified and an IMPACT Cadre Instructor for the USAV Florida Region for the past eight years. In 2013 Coach Hubbard was inducted in the USAV Florida Region Hall of Fame, marking what has been thus far a very successful club career.
As a high school head coach he has celebrated over 300 career wins and has led teams to eight district championships, five conference championships, two regional championships ('99 & '06), and State Runner-Up in 1999. Rich was named the FACA District 16 4A Coach of the Year and the Naples Daily News Coach of the Year for three years straight. In the past he was named the FACA District 16 Overall Coach of the Year in 1999
and was the LCAC Coach of the Year from 1995-1999.
He has a son named Randy. Professionally, Rich
is a Business/Marketing Teacher at Naples High School.

Maria Vollrath returns to Naples Juniors for her seventh year. As a former high school coach she lead the Palmetto Ridge Bears to one of their most successful varsity and JV seasons in school history. Currently, as the Varsity Assistant at Lely High School, she helped lead the Lady Trojans to a district championship. Maria is a former high school and college setter and bring that experience and expertise to our program here at Naples Juniors. In high school Maria won the Student-Athlete Award and was named to the All Conference and District All-Star teams. While at Notre Dame College she was 15th in the nation for NAIA in assists and held the school single season assists record in 2005. We are thrilled to have her working once again with all our athletes. She is a coach that likes to drive her players to succeed and work hard to improve. Maria is an USAV IMPACT certified coach and an Elementary Teacher at Poinciana Elementary.
Jess Duesler returns for her second stint in the Naples Juniors Extreme program after a few year off to be the head softball coach at Lely High School. She was a volleyball head coach at Palmetto Ridge High School and lead the Bear to growth in her years there. In high school she was a two sport athlete playing both volleyball and softball for Lely. She went on to play softball at St. Thomas University. Jess is an USAV IMPACT certified coach and is currently an Assistant Principal at Lely High School.
This Matt Devlin's second year with Naples Juniors. He has coached at the YMCA for four years and two and a half years for Naples Optimist Soccer. He is IMPACT certified with USAV and a lead Naples Juniors VolleyTots coach, helping young players ages 5-10 learn and love the sport of volleyball. Matt's daughter Brittany is in her third year with Naples Juniors. Matt also has a ten year old son, Derek. Last summer Matt launched the grassroots beach program that will be expanded this season as the Naples Juniors Beach Program. In the past Matt was a baseball umpire for the FHSAA and numerous local youth organizations.
Lisa Hill returns for her seventh year coaching with Naples Juniors and is a USAV IMPACT certified coach. She has also coached at Pineridge Middle School and the YMCA in the past. Lisa is a former Naples High School Varsity player. In addition to coaching, Lisa is an office manager with a local construction company. She also has a 12-year old son and 19-year old daughter at the University of South Florida.
Carly Bishop returns to the Naples Juniors after a successful career playing for Palm Beach State College. Carly is a USAV IMPACT certified coach and has coached for Palm Beach Juniors while in collge, serving not only as a coach but as an assistant tournament director. She has also coached in numerous Naples Juniors clincs, camps, and VolleyTot sessions. Carly is a former Naples Juniors and Naples High School player, who currently is working and coaching at The Village School here in Naples.
Orelys Perez returns for her third year in the Naples Juniors Extreme program and is a USAV IMPACT certified coach. She is a former Collier County standout volleyball player from Golden Gate High School, who is now a CCSO employee, college student, and in her spare time a great mother of three, soon to be four. The travel program is proud to have Orelys working with our 14 Extreme team and all Extreme program players.
Tilar Dings is making the transition from Naples Juniors player to Naples Juniors coach this season. She played for varsity for Palmetto Ridge helping the Bears as a setter. Tilar also played for Naples Juniors for four seasons and in that time has grown not only as a skilled player but as a strong young woman. She is a great example of what the Naples Juniors program is all about. Over the past two years, Tilar has been a volunteer assistant in our VolleyTots and clinic programs where she has become a great court leader and instructor. We are proud and excited to have Tilar officially join our staff.
Erin Cornell is returning to Naples Juniors this season to work with the players in the Naples Juniors programs as a Strength and Conditioning coach. Erin is a USAV IMPACT certified coach for Naples Juniors who led some of the most successful teams to great seasons and tournament championships. She was a former Naples High School player and area standout who went on to play for St. Leo College. Erin is currently a teacher at Mike Davis Elementary and a mom. She is excited to return to Juniors to train our athletes to take their games and bodies to the next level.
Bridget Kennedy is returning to Naples Juniors in a new role after being a USAV IMPACT certified Extreme coach for a few years. She also stays connected with volleyball by coaching private lessons. Her volleyball career started at the age of 12 with Naples Juniors. She continued to play club volleyball as a setter until her senior year of high school. Bridget is a teacher at Lake Park Elementary and is an avid runner, biker, and former cross-fit athlete. She is very excited to take the role as a Strength and Conditioning coach for the Naples Juniors program and is eager to instill her love of the game and hard work it takes to be be successful into the players!
Chris Haire is in her second year with Naples Juniors and is a USAV IMPACT certified coach. She moved to Naples from Indiana a year and a half ago with her husband, Greg, two children, and three step children. Her 13 year old daughter, Payge, joined the Naples Juniors family last season as is onthe 15 Extreme Team. Chris has coached at the Marco Island YMCA, Marco Island Charter Middle School, and Lely High School since moving to this area. Chris has played volleyball for many years as a middle and right side hitter. She is very excited to pass along her knowledge and love for the game. She believes there is more to learn and gain from playing volleyball, than the skills themselves. It is about the life lessons these girls will carry with them, throughout life.
Emily is in her second year coaching with Naples Juniors and is a USAV IMPACT certified coach. Emily played for Naples Juniors for five years and all four years while she attended Gulf Coast High School as a defensive specialist/libero. Emily continued her educational career by earning her Bachelors Degree in Community Health from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2011 and recently graduated with her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. Emily is looking forward to experiencing the coaching aspect of volleyball and is excited to be a part of the Naples Juniors family once again!
Tara Bishop returns for her third year with Naples Juniors and her second year leading the 12 Regional team. She is an IMPACT certified coach and our Recruiting Coordinator with the board. Tara's caring and hard work last season helped her team go from true beginners to well skilled and knowledgeable players. Her and her husband are the proud parents of Juniors player Carly Bishop, who just joined the Naples Juniors coaching staff, Tyler Bishop and Tori Bishop.
Caitlin "Zipper" Conroy is a second year coach with Naples Juniors and is a USAV IMPACT certified coach. She started playing volleyball at Community School of Naples at age 11 where she was on the Middle School and Varsity teams, as a defensive specialist/libero. Caitlin is also a lead VolleyTots program coach where she has help many 5-10 year old players develop skills and a love for the game. She also played on Naples Juniors for 3 years. Caitlin graduated from the University of Tampa in May 2012 with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing. She currently works as a Legal Assistant. She is very excited to be a part of Naples Juniors and to be coaching again as a part of the 12 Regional Team.
Nancy returns to Naples Juniors for her eight year as the League Program Director and coach. She has many years of experience as a player and now enjoys coaching. Nancy has coached for East Naples Middle, Oakridge Middle and most recently as the freshman coach at Gulf Coast High School. She also volunteers her time to coaching young girls the skills of the game of volleyball through the YMCA and is a USAV IMPACT certified coach. Nancy is married and has two beautiful daughters. She prides herself in her commitment to teaching life skills such as sportsmanship, determination, leadership and teamwork.
Shiree Dangler is in her third year with the Naples Juniors League program. She graduated from Lely High School where she played Varsity for four years, two as an Outside Hitter and two as a Libero. Shiree is a coach that likes to work on the fundamentals of volleyball and believes in teamwork and commitment.
Devin Eastman is an avid volleyball player and is in his second year coaching with the Naples Juniors. After competing in the AVP and EVP Florida beach circuit as a teenager, he transitioned to indoor volleyball in college playing for both the UCF Intramural and UCF Club teams. At the University of Central Florida, Devin studied marketing and finance. His educational and professional backgrounds include areas in wealth management, capital investing, market research and analysis, and geopolitical science. In 2007, Mr. Eastman developed a web-based company providing asset allocations and market commentary, and in 2010 became the Director of Research and Market Analysis for Regional Family Offices.
Brandi Mehler is from Albuquerque, New Mexico and is currently a freshman at Florida Gulf Coast University. She has played middle school through high school and club volleyball for six years, two years at Albuquerque Rebels Volleyball club and four years at New Mexico Juniors Volleyball club. She was on the traveling team all six years when playing club volleyball and was a libero/defensive specialist. While in high school, she has helped coach volleyball camps for girl’s ageing from elementary to middle school. Brandi loves teaching girls volleyball and watching them improve and is also very excited to help coach at Naples Juniors!
Heather Redmond is in her 3rd year with Naples Juniors League Program. In years prior she has coached and help assist in coaching with Naples Juniors traveling teams. She graduated from Naples High School as an outside hitter on the varsity team. In addition to her coaching she works with children and infants in teaching them; survival swimming skills. She also loves spending time with her two sons and really enjoys working with the younger athletes to build on their fundamentals to set them up for success with volleyball in their future.
This will be Julia's third year with Naples Juniors. In the previous two years she coached the 12U regional travel team. She also coached the Gulf Coast High School freshman volleyball team for one year. Julia graduated from GCHS and played varsity volleyball and softball there. She am a mom to a 12 year old son and 9 year old daughter, who is starting her first year with the Naples Juniors League program.
